OVERVIEW

How do you motivate passive commuters to click on a Web site,
become activists, and get them to write letters, send e-mails,
and voice opinions at meetings? Using a little “Human Contact,”
we developed a print, Internet, radio, and outdoor campaign that
is driving angry commuters into action. We also named the brand,
designed the logo, and built the Web site. The results have been
overwhelming.
